    In the event that you violate any term of this Agreement, you acknowledge and agree that LunarTech LLC may suffer irreparable harm and will therefore be entitled to seek extraordinary relief in court, including but not limited to temporary restraining orders, preliminary injunctions and permanent injunctions without the necessity of posting a bond or other security. This is in addition to, and not in lieu of, any other remedies that LunarTech LLC may have at law or in equity, including but not limited to monetary damages. LunarTech LLC may, at its discretion, charge you up to $10,000 per incident for each such violation or impose a penalty of up to the amount you paid for the Services. LunarTech LLC may also refer the matter to law enforcement authorities. You agree to cover all reasonable legal fees and costs incurred by LunarTech LLC in connection with any violation of the terms of this Agreement.

  6. Termination

    We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Services for any reason, including without limitation if we believe you have violated this Agreement. Upon termination, all rights granted to you under this Agreement will cease immediately, and you agree that you will immediately discontinue use of the Services.
